Personal Items From Portland
Mr and Mrs 'Peterwood and their daughter Grace are on holiday in Australia, Mr and Mrs Pink are visiting relatives in various parts of the South Island. Mrs P. Colvin and family are holidaying in Auckland. Mr and Mrs W. J. Dayman, of Waluku, were the guests last week of Mrs A. C. Whitham. Mrs Turner and Mr A. Turner were recent guests of Mrs F. M. Cox. Mrs C. Warin, Warkworth, is visiting Portland as the guest of Mrs A. C. Whitham.
Mrs L. Atkinson, Ohaeawai, is the guest of her'mother, Mrs W. F, Williams. Miss Lynn Boyd, who has been visiting her parents, Mr and Mrs F; G. Boyd, has returned to Auckland. Miss Marie Purchase is holidaying with her parents, Mr and Mrs W- Purchase. Miss Betty Purchase has returned to Taumarunui after a few weeks spent with her parents, Mrs K, V. Wilson and family returned this week-end from a visit to Langholm. Mrs J. Gillespie and family returned from a holiday spent at Takapuna. Mrs Gillespie is now visiting her mother, Mrs Millar, at Kamo. Mrs Kendon, Westport, is the guest of Mrs R. L. Wilson. Mr and Mrs Kimber have returned from! a visit to New Plymouth.
