Whau Valley Clearance
Walter Wakelin reports having held a very successful clearing sale on account of Miss Thomson at Whau Valley on Saturday. Dairy cows in milk and to calve sold from £6 10/ to £10; Jersey heifer calves, to £1 17/6; a pony made £8 15/; sundries sold exceptionally well.
