[Special to “Northern Advocate ”l WELLINGTON, This Day.

The Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage, announced yesterday that consequent upon the appointment of Mr J. H._ Boyes as chairman of the Social Security Commission, Mr T. Mark, who had been " joint Public Service Commissioner with Mr Boyes, would become sole Public Service Commissioner. Mr Mark and Mr Boyes became joint commissioners in August, i 936. Previously, Mr Mark had been DSputy-Commissioner and Mr Boyes Commissioner of Pensions.
