Mrs Tony Dietich, of Auckland, is spending a fortnight’s holiday with her parents, Mr and Mrs Peter Lunjevich. Mrs Richard Jenkins, of Auckland, is also spending a holiday with Mr and Mrs Peter Lunjevich. Mr Horace Green, who has been holidaying with , his aunt, Mrs Stove Uriich, has returned to Auckland. A kitchen evening was held in James’ Hall in honour of the coming malTiage between Miss Winnie Lunjevich and Mr Tim Gordon. The evening was spent in games and dancing. After a delicious supper, had been served by friends of Miss Lunjevich, the presents were opened. Mr Len Lovegrove spoke on behalf of those present, and wished, the couple a very happy married life. Mr Gordon suitably replied. The evening closed by singing ‘Tor They are Jolly Good Fellows.” ’’' : " " ■’ ■
