Messrs Dalgety and Company, Limited. reports an average yarding of cattle at their Waiotira sale. Ttyere was ,a fair demand and the yarding sold at fully late rates. Backward springing cows made from £4 2/6 to
£4 7/G; closer sorts, £6 2/6 to £G 7/6; medium fat cows, £lO 5/- to £ll IC/-; light fat steers, £ll to £l2 12/-; cows and runners, £6 to £6 5/-; bonca’ cows. £3 10/- to £4 13/-; boner bulls, light, £4 10/- to £5 15/-.
