(Received 1.30 p.m.) ' | ' LONDON, September 29. AT BERLIN THE FULL TEXT WAS ISSUED' AT ' 2.45 P.M. OF A DENIAL BY THE OFFICIAL GERMAN AGENCY. IT STATED: “It is declared in authoritative quarters that assertions published in the foreign press to the effect that Germany has demanded, a clear-cut decision to her memorandum before 2 p.m. are pure invention. All stories connected wi Ih it, according to which Germany would proceed to mobilise if an unsatisfactory answer was received by 2 p.m., are equally false.”
