Eire Stands For Peace
(Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, September 28. The Eire Defence Department has appealed for recruits. Dublin corporation officials conferred with the Defence Department to consider schemes for air raid precautions. Mr de Valera telegraphed to Mr Chamberlain from Geneva, saying: “Let nothin/? daunt you or deflect your efforts for peace.”
