The North Auckland Farmers' Coop'., Limited, reports holding a clearing sale on behalf of Mr W. Carter, Kauri, on Saturday. The sale was held in atrocious weather, and there was a t;fir attendance, bidding for sundries .being very brisk. Most of the cows were in milk and did not make big money. Prices were as follows: —Dairy cows, to calve, £6 10/to £8 5/-; cows in milk, best quality, £5 5/- to £6 KP-; medium, £4 15/to £5 7/6; yearling Jersey bull. £4; heifer calves, 15/- to 30--; Jersey steer calves. 12/- to 23/-,
