County Councillors Re-Elected

Mr J. A. S. Mac Kay, chairman of the Whangarei County Council, was reelected chairman at the annual meeting of the council today. Congratulations to Messrs T. N. Blake and R. Feaver, on their reelection to the Whangarei County Council, were expressed by Mr J. A. S. Mac Kay. "It was very creditable that these two men should have been returned with such splendid majorities." said Mr Mac Kay. "It is especially so in the case of Mr Blake, who has served the council for so long. It is a great credit to us that the whole council should have been returned. This reveals the confidence the people have in the council," concluded Mr Mac Kay.
