Wreck Survivors, Including Britisher, Under Fire (Received 10 a.m.) PARIS, January 5. A message from St. Jean de Luz states that 15 members of the crew and a British non-intervention officer from the Norwegian ship Skottland, which struck a reef near Santander, were received with rifle fire from the shore when they tried to make Santander in boats. The firing ceased after the identity of the party had been established, A I Greek steamer picked them up.
