A Boycott Mix-Up

(Received 10 a.m.) NEW YORK, January 3

A message from Colon, Panama, says that, troubled by a strong boycott of Japanese goods, merchants there nevertheless managed to clear their shelves and then sent replenishing orders instead to the United States, in spite of the greajer costs.

They have now discovered that their troubles are only beginning.

The shipments have arrived from the United States, but ail the articles are labelled “Made in Japan.”
