Kaikohe Man Injured On Hoteo Bridge

There was a head-on collision between motor cars on the Hoteo Bridge nc Wayby, on the main highway between Wellsford and Warkworth, soon after noon yesterday. The driver of one of the ears. Mr C. A. Matson, and a passenger, Mr A. Squires, of Kaikohe, were injured, and both cars were extensively damaged. Mr Matson v/as proceeding to Auckland and the car collided with another driven by Mr D. F. Porter, of Wellington, who was on his way to Russell. Mr Porter and three other passengers escaped injury, but Mr Squires suffered concussion. | His condition is reported to be not j serious. *
