Four representatives on the Senate of the New Zealand University have been appointed by the Govcrnor-Gen-cral-in-Council. as follows:
Leonard John W r ild. principal at the Fielding Agricultural High School; Edwin John Howard, M.P.. Solomon Netheim Ziman, retired Indian civil servant: and Dr. Sylvia G. de L. Chapman, daughter of the late Judge Chapman.
