[Special To “Northern Advocate ”] AUCKLAND, This Day.

The capital of C. L. Innes and Co., Ltd., brewers, has been increased from £35,000 to £50,000 by the creation of 15,000 ordinary shares. The authorised capital will now comprise 40.000 ordinary shares of £l, and 10.000 preference shares of £l. The directors propose to issue bonus shares in the proportion of one share for two ordinary shares at present held and one share for every 12J preference shares held. This will absorb 11,368 shares, comprising 10,568 ordinary and 800 preferences, and will increase the issued capital to £42,494 in £31.703 and £10,791 preference capital.
