ADELAIDE, November 28

The testimonial cricket match to V. Richardson and C. Grimmett at the Adelaide Oval between Bradman’s and Richardson’s XT’s was continued yesterday.

When slumps were drawn on Friday, Bradman's side had made 184 runs and Richardson’s 53 for one wicket. This total was taken yesterday to 380 for nine, wickets (Badcock 102, Sievers 31, Chipperfleld 41, McCabe 71, Richardson 42, Robertson not out 37).

Ward took four wickets for 71 runs; Hynes, two for 82; Fleetwood-Smith, one for 81; Jackson, two fc-r 31. Ward and Jackson troubled the batsmen most, but the fast bowlers were severely punished, particularly by Badcock. Richardson announced his retirement from first-class cricket at the end of the present game.
