The Union Airways monoplane Kuaka, which left Auckland for Wellington about 9.15 o’clock on Saturday morning, returned to Mangere Aerodrome shortly before 3.30 in the afternoon, having flown 650 miles in a little over six hours. The actual flying time was considerably less, 45 minutes being spent at Rongotai, 10 minutes at Palmerston North and 45 minutes at New Plymouth. Comfort And Speed.
