Kaeo
A pleasant evening ' was held in the Methodist Sunday School on Wednesday, the event being a farewell to Miss Martha Hayes, of Kaeo, who is leaving the district to fulfil an engagement in Dargaville. Miss Hayes, who will be missed by a large circle of friends as she took an active part in all sections of the community’s welfare, was presented with a handsome travelling rug.
