Insurgents Fire On French Ship
, LONDON, _ March 31. A Bayonne message stales that great indignation is felt in maritime circles regarding the French boat, Cap Falcon, which is reported to have been fired upon by an insurgent warship off Santander, although flying the French flag and with the colours clearly painted on the bridge.
