Professional Cricketer’s Suicide
(Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 29. The inquest into the death of A. E Relf, Norfolk and Sussex professional cricketer, and who played in Auckland as coach some years ago, was held today. Relf was found fatally shot in the pavilion of Wellington College, where he had been acting as coach, A doctor gave evidence that Relf £iad been in indifferent health and was depressed owing to worry over Jiis wife’s illness. The coroner returned a verdict of suicide while of unsound mind.
