Visitors Suffer From Ptomaine Poisoning
Two people were admitted to the Whangarei (Hospital late lasi night suffering from ptomaine poisoning. They were Mr and Mrs Morgan, who were returning to their home in Te Hapua from a trip down south. Yesterday, they had tinned fish for lunch at Hamilton and arrived at the Whangarei Hotel to stay the night. Mr Morgan, took ill in the- evening and was being attended by Mrs Morgan when she, too, became ill. Both were admitted to the Whangarei Hospital late last night and their condition today is satisfactory.
