(Received 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY. This Day. Cuddle is responding to treatment and may run in some of the weight-for-age events at Randwick, but is considered an unlikely starter in The Doncaster Handicap and the Sydney Cup. Gold Rod will probably contest the A. J. C. St. Leger Stakes.
