COUNCIL TO MEET ON DECEMBER 14?
[British Official Wireless.l (Received 2.30 p.m.) RUGBY, November 30. The date of the special meeting of the League Council, in response to the request of the Spanish Government, will be decided after replies from members of the Council have been re,ceived. Of the dates suggested, December 14 seems likely to be accepted. Among several members, including the British Commonwealth, tbft view «s taken that, at the present stage a discussion at Geneva is unlikely to serve any use ful purpose.
