AIRMAN GETS INJUNCTION

SYDNEY, This Day

Mr Justice Evatt, in the High Court yesterday, granted an interim injunction against the Commonwealth Government and the Minister of Defence, restraining them from preventing the airman, Mr Goya Henry—who was understood to have flown after sunset without lights—from flying or entering Mascot or any other public aerodrome. The injunction will stand until the validity of the Air Navigation Act. which is now before the High Court, has been determined. His Honour said that judgment cn this matter probably would be given in August.
