R. LYNCH TAKES STEWART TROPHY The final round for the M. K. Stewart trophy, and a further shoot for that donated by Mrs Yarrow, com,prised the competition on the, Whangarei Miniature Rifle Club's range last evening.
The winner of the first-named was R. Lynch, with a total of 785. One point behind was R. Fitzgibbon 784, and then F. Williams 783, H. Davies and H. Foster 776, A; Higgins 773, M. K. Stewart 772, F. Cowan 771, R. Jennings 768, M. Sheriff 767, W. McKegg 764, and K. Waters 759. The evening’s trophy was won by J. Barron, the best scores being:—J. Barron, 92—8—100; T. McKegg, 92—8—100; R.
