EMPIRE FRUIT CONFERENCE

The Dominions’ commercial officers are considering a draft of the agenda for the Empire Fruit Producers’ Conference, to be held on a date between May 29 and July 6. It is desired that it shall be fully representative of Dominion producers.
The discussions will not be confined to apples and pears, as was the cas,e last year, but will cover all fresh fruit, with especial reference to the policy to be adopted when the Ottawa Agreements expire in Nivember, 1937.
