WOOL TRADE BOOMING
LONDON, January 9. A Bradford firm says that in view of the limited offerings it is expected that prices at the London sales will fully confirm Bradford parity. The woollen textile industry has not experienced such activity since the boom immediately after the war. Some factories are working day and night, and are finding it difficult to obtain sufficient skilled hands. Unemployment at Huddersfield is the lowest for eight years.
