SPY TRIAL POSTPONED
(Received 1 p.m.) LONDON, (January 9. The trial of Dr. Hermann Gortz, who v/as arrested in November and charged with spying at British aerodromes on behalf of a foreign Power, has' been postponed until the Old Bailey sessions on February 4. Counsel for accused pointed out his client’s difficulty in getting money for his defence from Germany, owing to official restrictions.
