SYDNEY WOOL SALES
(Received 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, January 8. At. the Sydney wool sales today, 12,156 bales were offered, and 11,516 were sold. Also, 926 bales were sold privately. A tendency in sellers’ favour was again evident, particularly for well-grown descriptions. Under good general competition, full clearances were made at very firm 1 values. Greasy Merino sold to 3ld.
