GOVERNOR TO VISIT BAY OF ISLANDS
CIVIC WELCOME NEXT WEEK His Excellency, the Governor-Gen-eral, who will visit the Bay of Islands next week, will arrive at Opua on Tuesday, January 14, and take up residence on the Government steamer, Matai. On Wednesday morning he will visit Russell, where tentative arrangements have been made for a civic welcome and visits to places' of historic interest.
