PROBATION FOR YOUTH [Per Press Association. — Copyright .3 PALMERSTON N., This Day. A nineteen-year-old youth, lan Bruce Coasar Miller, who was found guilty of wilfully placing a boulder on a railway line near Feilding on July 28, was today admitted to probation for three years by Mr Justice Smith. His Honour, after hearing evidence relating to prisoner’s character, said the youth evidently was feeble minded.
