SUPPLIES BEING RUSHED FROM Egypt. (Received 11 a.m.) - k ALEXANDRIA., October 22. In view of sanctions,. Italy is feverishly seeking to Obtain cdtton froth. Egypt, and has reversed its policy of refusing to pay cash. Every Alexandrian cotton importer, including British, is rushing all available cotton supplies to Italy.
