RIFLE SHOOTING
KELLS TROPHY R. L. - SMITH TOP SCORER The Whangarei Rifle Club held the first shoot for the Kells Trophy over the week-end over ranges 200 and 300 yards. Conditions were showery, with a half rear right wind ands changing light. B. L. Smith top scored to lead in the first leg of the trophy. The final over 500 and 600 yards will be shot next week.
