BRITISH RETURNS. [.British Official Wireless.l (Received 2 p.m.) . RUGBY, August 13. The Exchequer return show that ordinary revenue, including self-bal-ancing items, amounts to £203,978,354, compared with £205,097,485 at the corresponding .date last year. Improved trade conditions are reflected in the revenue from Customs and excise amounting to £105,515,000, compared with £101,854,000 in the same period of last year.
