TROUBLE IN SIAM. (Received 10 a.m.) SINGAPORE, August 10. Serious .disorders in the Siamese Army are' reported from Bangkok, where the Government has arrested 15 non-commissioned officers for conspiring to cause an insurrection. " Luang Pradit, Siam’s mystery man,, at present Minister of the Interior, has left for Europe. The object of his trip has not been disclosed, but it is considered to be significant that the Minister of the Interior, and not the Foreign Minister, is making the journey.
