RANSOM REDUCTION
CAPTIVE MISSIONARIES. (Received 10 a.m.) PEKING, August 10. The prospects of the release of the two missionaries, Messrs. A. Hayman and R. A. Bosshardt, have been greatly improved, following upon a large reduction in the bandits’ demand for ransom.
