BROADCASTING SCHEME
FOR INDIAN VILLAGE PEOPLE. (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, August 10. The “Daily Telegraph” states that the Nizam of Hyderabad, one of the richest men in the world, has launched a broadcasting scheme, which will cost £lod,ooo, for bringing the “voice from the sky” to 19,000 villages in his State. Programmes will be transmitted from three stations 'in three languages.
