COMMONS TO DEBATE. COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. (Received 9 a.m.) RUGBY, July 20. The report of the Commissioner for the Distressed Areas in England and Wales, Mr Malcolm Stewart, which contains proposals for assisting areas which have suffered most severely in the depression, is to be debated in the House of Commons on Tuesday, on a Labour motion.
