NIAGARA’S DELAY

SOME PASSENGERS LEAVE. GOING VIA SAN FRANCISCO. (Received 9 a.m.) VICTORIA. July 18. As the Niagara may be delayed for a week or ten days while repaiis are effected IMr Lyons left Victoria this evening’ for San Francisco, where he will catch the Mhriposa, which is due to sail on July 23. Twenty other Niagara passengeis signified their intention of returning to Australia via San Francisco.
