LEAVE TO APPEAL DECLINED

An application for special leave to appeal against a sentence of exile from Rarotonga was yesterday refused by the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, to David Mcßirnie. The Chief Justice said that if the applicant desired to carry the matter further he must apply to the Governor-General-in-Council.
