___ ! The basketball competition under the Mangonui County Association commences on June 1. There are eight teams competing. The fixtures for the first day are as follows: —Peria, Pukepoto and Ahipara, at Peria; Herekino, Kaitaia 1, High S'chool at Herekino; Kaitaia 2; Awanui at Kaitaia. |
