| TRADE RELATIONS. ! [British Official Wireless.] j (Received 1 p.m.) RUGBY, November 6. Mr Walter Runciman. President of the Board of Trade, said that the representations made to the Rumanian Government regarding the delay in providing foreign exchange to meet commercial debts to British exporters, and the restrictions placed on trade with Rumania, were rriatters receiving the earnest consideration ot the British Government.
