AUSTRALIANS BEATEN CADWALLADER IMPRESSES IRISKIP DOWN FIVE TIMES (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) INVERCARGILL, This Day. The New Zealand boxers won the test match against the Australian team by six wins to two. The tournament was concluded last evening before a good attendance. The New Zealanders won all four bouts. Each team had two wins on the previous night. An impressive win was registered in the bantam class by C. Cadwallader, who proved much too good for R. Gillan, the police stopping the bout in the second round. In the heavyweight class, Pascoe sent Iriskip down five times before the bout ended. The standard of boxing throughout was again high. The results of last night’s contests were: — : Bantamweight.-J. Cadwallader (New Zealand), 8.3, beat R. Gillan (Australia), 8.3, on a technical knockout in the second round. Lightweight.—W. Hogg (New Zealand), 9.8£, beat A. Taylor (Australia), 9.7£, on points. Middleweight.—W. Houson (New Zealand), 11.3£, beat J. Miles (Australia), 11.2, on points. . Heavyweight—W. Pascoe (New Zealand), 12.2, beat S. Iriskip (Australia), 12.0 J, on points.
