OBITUARY
* MR. WILLIAM H. BALLINGER. (Per Press Association.—^Copyright.) ' AVELLINGTON, This Day. The death has occurred of Air William Henry Ballinger, aged 75 years. Deceased wash champion rifle shot and won the New Zealand championship twice. represented the Dominion at Bisley in 1902, and was a foundation member of ’ the Petonc Rifle Club. Keenly interested in racing, he was a member of the Wellington Racing Club for over 30 vears.
