ITALY'S NAVY
ATTITUDE OF BRITAIN. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 0 a.m.) RUGBY, June 13. The first Lord of the Admiralty, Sir Bolton Eyres-Monsell, in the House of Commons today said his attention had been called to Italy’s decision to lay down immediately two 3d,000ton capital ships. The entire subject of the future naval limitation in conned ion with the 103 d conference was under the Government’s close consideration. Invitations had been issued to the four other countries signatory .to the Washington and London naval treaties to take part in preliminary bilateral conversations in, the near future. It Avas hoped that all relevant technical questions would bo discussed then.
