MAN SEVERELY INJURED: LEFT FOREARM BLOWN AWAY. While out. shooting on Saturday, Mr Fred 'Whitehead, aged 30, of Hikurang!, met with an accident which re* suited in his left forearm being severely injured. Mr Whitehead w T as making his way through thick bush when his gun caught in a twig and the charge exploded, blowing part’ of his forearm away.
