The judgment of the Tramways 7Vppeal Board, restoring tho seniority of 2.‘! members of the trallle staff of the Tramways Board, who wore derated when the new Board assumed oilier, was put into effect yesterday morning’. As a result the men. whose appeals were upheld now occupy senior grade positions, while men, mostly exstrikers, who were restored to seniority by the new Board, are now in intermediate positions. The members of the staff who did not, appeal have been placed at the bottom of the ladder.
