Eieholbaum, and addressed to the clerk of the Court of Convocation of Victoria University College, indicate clearly that they, as representatives of the graduates on the College Council, do not intend to comply with the resolution carried at the meeting of the Court of CouA’ocation recently. The resolution requested that they should retire and offer themselves, as might be desired, for re-election. The signatories of the letter point out that they were elected by the graduates at an election in Avhich the whole electors had the opportunity of voting. When their present term of office expired, the electors Avould again . have an opportunity of expressing confidence or othenvise in them if they elected to stand.
