CRUISER LEAVES ROADSTEAD.

I (Per Prpss Association.—OopvrJght.') ] WELLINGTON, This Day. A Press Association message from Apia, dated February 2, states that the German cruiser, Karlsruhe, arrived on Thursday morning from Melbourne and will remain there until next AAVdiiesday. ‘Elaborate arrangements for the entertainment of the officers and men have been made by the Gorman residents,” the message states. “Heavy rains have prevailed since the cruiser’s arrival, and today, owing to the high sea running and the unsettled weather conditions, the Karlsruhe has left the roadstead and put out to sea until conditions improve.”
