QUOTATIONS FOR SILVER. LONDON, February 3. Silver was quoted yesterday at 19.1 d. an ounce spot and forward, compared with 19 7/16d., both positions, on Thursday. The quotation for silver at per fine ounce yesterday was 203 d., compared with 21d. on Thursday.
