NO LIABILITY

JBLLICOE CLASS BOATS COST OF PLANS (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Wellington Provincial Yacht and Motorboat Association decided last evening that it would accept no liability for the preparation of , the 1932 plans and specifications of the Rona, the Jellicoo class boat, on the grounds that they were of entirely new design.

The chairman, Mr. O. A. Moller, said the plans and specifications wore of no use to the .association. As proof that the plans were useless, Auckland had built two boats, neither of which conformed to the plans. Wellington had carried out its part of the contract, and he did not think it ought to pay for something which Auckland itself could not use.
